Today’s creative activity is multifunctional. You can make a Christmas tree beanie, or a mini
Christmas tree from a pre-used beanie. By using pre-used goods and up-cycling them,
you are not only kind to the environment, but also to your pocket.
What you need: 1 pre-used beanie, a scissor, red and green fabric and some small
sized Christmas decorations.
Firstly, cut short strips of fabric in both the red and green fabric.
Then, randomly knot the strips of fabric through the holes of the beanie.
Finally, attach the Christmas decorations to the beanie, by either knotting them with the fabric, or just hooking them over the knots.
There you have it, your very own Christmas
tree beanie. Feel free to either
wear it to a Christmas function or to hang it on the wall as a decoration. I chose both options; I almost won a
prize for wearing it, and my kitchen is a touch brighter than usual.
